TEENS:

To make an appointment for the road test, you MUST come into our office with the following paperwork:

  • DE-964 form (Filled out in black ink only)

  • Teen impact video certificate (2hr)
  • Learner's permit 

DPS Authorized Road Test Price

  $125.00*

*this fee includes 1 free retest if necessary.

Vehicles used for testing must have front and rear metal license plates and a registration sticker in the window. (School cars are available for rent for a fee)

A parent must be present during the road test for anyone under the age of 18yrs. Pending the passing of the road test, you will be issued the paperwork (envelope) needed to receive the drivers license. The student and parent will then need to go to the DPS office to process the paperwork to receive their drivers license.

 The student will need to take to DPS the following documents:

  • A verification of enrollment.
  • Their social security card.
  • Their birth certificate.
  • Parents will need to bring two proofs of residency (car Insurance, utility bill, voter registration, or bank statement)

ADULTS:

Their permit

Young Adult Impact video (1hr)

ADE Certificate from the course taken
